You have various options to pay your bill. Please choose from one of the payment options below that best suits your needs.
Please click on the SmartHub link if you would like to sign up for autopay, paperless billing, notifications, etc. By choosing this option, you can manage your account, view your usage,etc. You can also download the SMARTHUB App whether you have an Android or Iphone device by typing SMART HUB on your device and selecting Search.
*REMINDER* For all members who currently have an auto credit card setup, you will need to re-enter your credit card information through www.dixiepower.com on our new payment portal, SMARTHUB. Keep in mind that you must re-register as a New User in the system. (Your previous username and password will not work if you try to log in.)
Use this link for one-time payments. There is no need to register when using the PayNow option. Members must enter their account number and last name to make a payment on an account.
SECURE PAY BY PHONE
The Secure Pay toll free phone number is 1-844-425-4305. You may set up autopay, update a phone number, or hear other account information. In order to setup Autopay, you must make a payment first and then save the card in the next option. Please keep in mind members cannot sign up for paperless billings here. That is done through SmartHub or the Mobile App titled “SmartHub”.
You are always welcome to stop by one of our offices during business hours to pay your bill. You can pay your bill with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Please feel free to use our drive thru service located at our Member Service Building located at 145 West Brigham Road in St George. We also have a drop off box that is located in the drive thru.
