Attention Dixie Power Members: We are now into the summer season which means hotter temperatures. Keep in mind your air conditioning units are running more often in order to maintain and/or cool down your home. This will result in more electrical usage during the billing cycle, even though the temperature is constant indoors. Please plan your budget for the increase in cooling expenses. Thank you.

Attention Dixie Power Members: The time to receive your one time $5.00 credit towards your bill will expire on July 31, 2018. In order to receive the credit, you may either sign up for our SmartHub payment system, or set up your account on Auto Pay. Go to www.dixiepower.com and click on the Pay Bill/SmartHub button at the top of the home page. Then choose from the options that are provided. The one time $5.00 credit is for either option, not both. Please feel free to contact our office if you need assistance with getting your payment options set up.
