This Agreement does not prevent disconnect for non-payment of account(s). Adding or removing properties will not automatically start/stop service. A request must be made separate to this agreement. Which each addition of a service a minimal fee is required. The sale of the property will not remove the property from the agreement. Dixie Power must be notified to cancel the agreement.
